WHY
The Covid 19 pandemic has radically changed the way of doing business around the world, including the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries known as Digital Challengers. Do we have the knowledge to successfully deal with the changes? Do we understand consumers’ behavioural shift in the right way? Are we prepared for the more digital society that the Next Normal brings?
WHAT
Google Digital Board Initiative is a journey of round sessions where Google Adriatics wants to help with digitalisation and support Croatian businesses as well as the government to create value. This time we want to talk about the Next Normal. Google’s learnings and insights can help businesses and governments navigate uncertain times. In the new report McKinsey looks at how well “Digital Challengers” were prepared for the disruption caused by COVID 19, and whether they are now managing to digitize as fast as their populations. It provides concrete ideas on how policymakers, business leaders and individuals can use digital technologies to build resilience and together contribute to a more sustainable, digitally-led CEE economy.
