Jan Grønbech
Country Director, Google Norway
Jan launched Google Norway in 2005 and has led the business ever since, turning it into the largest media channel in the country. He co-founded INMA, IAB’s representative in Norway, in 1999. He is also one of Norway’s most sought after public speaker and helps drive the digital wave in Norway, assisting both politicians and executive teams. He has served on several boards including startups, larger companies like the Komplett Group and organizations like The American Chamber of Commerce. He currently sits on the executive committee of the Federation of Norwegian Enterprises, Hovedorganisasjonen VIRKE.

Sapana Agrawal is an Associate Partner at McKinsey’s London Office focused on building McKinsey and Company’s capabilities to deliver reskilling at scale for clients in the context of the future of work. Sapana builds McKinsey’s knowledge and approach in the space, technology and expertise needed to deliver end to end transformations as well as delivering reskilling programs for clients. Previously, Sapana was the Chief of Staff at McKinsey and Company’s own innovation arm ‘New Ventures’ – she focused on building out the strategy and operations to enable changes to McKinsey’s tech development processes and people model to aid our own technology transformation. She has served clients on a range of talent strategies including an education provider restructuring their workforce and operating model in order to pivot their core product offerings and worked on shifting mindsets and skills in primary care environments to drive changes in patient access.
